Hanhart Dive Watches: The Aquasphere Collection

Hanhart from the Black Forest is well-known for pilot's watches, especially chronographs. The iconic 417 ES impresses with breathtaking history and timeless design. But a brand must also look to the future and evolve. Hanhart previously lacked a collection that met the high demands of diving sports while also convincing with a modern, appealing style. For this reason, Hanhart began working on the new AQUASPHERE over three years ago, which now closes this gap.
Fabio Tunno, the deepest German freediver in apnea diving, has already successfully tested the watch in depth for months. Even a dive to 110 meters depth was mastered by the AQUASPHERE FreeFall Blue without any problems. Hanhart's maxims apply both above and below water: highest functionality, easy operation, extraordinary precision, and excellent readability.

Sporty design with excellent functionality

The design of the characteristic fluted bezel of the PRIMUS Diver has been slightly refined for the AQUASPHERE: radii are more rounded and the click mechanism has been optimised. For safety reasons, it rotates exclusively counter-clockwise, as is customary for diving watches, and has 60 precise clicks to prevent accidental shortening of dive time.

Readability in depth? No problem!

Not only the hands, appliqués, and the number 12 on the dial are coated with Super-LumiNova® C1. The numerals, indices, and the triangle on the ceramic bezel are also coated with luminous material, so that divers can quickly read important information even in difficult lighting conditions.
